Depression

In the cage

Of thoughts

Of thought words

The words spoken

The words realized

The deeds of love

Of those who are always

Postponed

Own desires

Trapped

In a cage

Of thoughts

Of shame

Of guilt

Of incompetence

In the open cage

Of self woven thoughts

Like bars

I lift my wings

And try again

Still a little wavering

Still a little hesitant

Still a little wobbly

Lost in thought

Thoughts lost

Thoughts gained

Der Gedanken

Von Scham

Von Schuld

Von Unvermögen

Im offenen Käfig

Der selbst gewobenen Gedanken

Gitterstäben gleich

Erhebe ich meine Flügel

Und versuche es erneut

Noch etwas schwankend

Noch etwas zögernd

Noch etwas taumelnd

Gedankenverloren

Gedanken verloren

Gedanken gewonnen
